Summit & Sepia was born from a love of two things: the places that make us feel small, and the photographs that make us remember how big a moment felt.

“Summit” is a nod to the mountains, the forests, the open landscapes, and the wild places that surround us here in Northern British Columbia. It represents adventure, connection, and the stories we create along the way.

“Sepia” represents something a little more timeless — the warmth of old photographs, the softness of film, and the feeling of looking through a box of photographs years later and remembering exactly how it felt to be there.

Together, Summit & Sepia is about creating photographs that feel lived-in, nostalgic, and genuine. I work with both digital and film photography, choosing the medium that best suits the story we’re telling. Digital gives me the freedom and flexibility to capture a moment as it unfolds, while film brings its own beautiful imperfections, depth, and unmistakable sense of nostalgia.

Whether it’s a couple wandering through the mountains, a family growing together, a young graduate with her horse, or a wedding surrounded by the people who matter most, I want your photographs to feel like memories — not just pictures.


Because years from now, I don’t want you to simply remember what you looked like.
